Marta began her training in psychology in the United States in 1979 and completed her Master’s Degree in New Zealand, specialising in family development and relationships. She provides therapy, training and supervision in this area. She brings to the work a strong theoretical basis combined with humour and a commitment to growth and freedom from past wounding. Her areas of speciality are relationship issues, depression and anxiety, parenting education, blended families, adoption, sexual abuse and trauma.
Modalities employed: attachment therapy, trauma therapy, role-play, sandtray therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Compassionate Communication.
Marta enjoys working with adults, children, youth, individuals, couples, and families.
